KEEPING PARENTS CONNECTED

Having a child is one of life’s greatest experiences and anyone who wants to or needs to take time out from work has our full support.

But when the time is right, we want parents to come back to us bringing back with them the knowledge and experience we valued and relied on before they left. That’s what Staying Connected is all about.

Staying Connected is a parental leave program that supports employees embarking on and returning from parental leave.

Key features of the program include checklists, tools and resources to keep parents informed during time away, and workshops designed to support parents during the transition.

Primary caregivers can also access up to 10 paid Keeping in Touch days during periods of unpaid parental leave. Let's hear from some of our people who have used Staying Connected.
